This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Trav Inc., a California corporation (“Company”) and the purchasing client (“Client”).
By purchasing or subscribing to services through travbrand.com, Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of Services
Trav Inc. provides productized digital services including, but not limited to, website design, branding, creative services, SEO setup, and ongoing website updates. Specific deliverables are defined by the package selected at checkout or otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided during onboarding. Timelines depend on Client responsiveness, content delivery, and approvals. Delays caused by Client do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely access, content, approvals, and accurate information necessary for service delivery. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery or paused services.
4. Revisions and Scope
Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as described at purchase. Requests outside the defined scope may require additional fees or a new agreement.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are due upfront unless otherwise stated. Subscription services are billed monthly. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non refundable once work has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, Client is granted a license to use final deliverables for business purposes. Trav Inc. retains ownership of all internal systems, methodologies, templates, processes, and proprietary frameworks.
7. No Performance Guarantees
Trav Inc. does not guarantee business performance, revenue outcomes, SEO rankings, lead generation, or conversion rates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing subscription services with written notice. No refunds will be issued for completed work or partially used billing periods.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trav Inc.’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client to Trav Inc. in the thirty days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trav Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Client provided content, trademarks, or business practices.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations.
