Due to the nature of digital and professional services, Trav Inc. does not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Work Commencement
Work is considered commenced once onboarding begins, access is requested, questionnaires are delivered, or any design, development, or strategy work starts.
Subscription Services
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Clients may cancel future billing cycles prior to the next billing date. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Trav Inc. is a violation of this policy. Trav Inc. reserves the right to dispute chargebacks.
